We started Kinga because we are passionate about the ability of Design thinking and Customer experience to transform the lives of people. We are passionate are about helping our clients solve their customer’s problems… hence the origination of the name Kinga from the Zulu word InKinga which means problem. We felt that delivery management was a strong competence we could use
supplement the base design and CX skillset required to succeed in this space.
We didn’t accept the status quo being thrown around that there is no young talent available, more specifically that there is no young black design talent out there. We did however know that there was a lack of black leadership and ownership in the space which we felt needed to change. Finally our ambition is to grow and offer the full service set from product/service creation to go to market strategy and execution.
